Upgrade your building with the following options on any custom built building.

12″ On Center Floor Framing $25 per linear foot. Standard is 16″ except for garages that are 12″ already.

3/4″ Flooring $2 a sqft. Standard is 5/8″ except for garages that are 3/4″ already.

Extra Porch $75 per linear foot. This is also for extra porch length or for a custom porch design.

60″ Aluminum Ramps $690 per set

Shutters for outside of windows cosmetic only $100 per set

8″x8″ End Wall Vent $85 each

Vented Ridge Closures $12.50 per linear foot

House Wrap (Tyvek) $5.50 per linear foot of wall
